All requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order by emailing mimomarzcollective@icloud.com.
In your email, please include:

  • Photos of the issue (if relevant)

We aim to review and respond within 5 working days. If your request is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please note:

  • Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that do not meet these standards. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as we do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) services.
